At Yadu Yoga, our group classes are dynamic, inspiring, and rooted in the traditional principles of yoga. We offer three progressive levels to support practitioners at every stage of their journey — from complete beginners to experienced students. Each class is designed to cultivate strength, flexibility, awareness, and inner connection, with thoughtful progression and guidance from our trained teachers.
Beginner Yoga
This class is designed for those new to yoga or returning after a long break. You will begin to explore the foundational principles of yoga through movement, breath, and body awareness. The focus is on:
- Releasing physical tension
- Improving flexibility and mobility
- Gently strengthening the body
Intermediate Yoga
Refine Your Practice
Ideal for those who have some prior experience with yoga or who are returning to practice after a pause. This class focuses on:
- Learning and refining key āsanas (postures)
- Understanding proper alignment and breath coordination
- Building strength, stamina, and body awareness
Advanced Yoga
Deepen Your Sādhanā
This class is designed for seasoned practitioners ready to move beyond āsana and into the deeper limbs of yoga. It includes:
- A full spectrum of āsanas, from basic to advanced
- Integration of bandhas (energy locks), prāṇāyāma (breathwork), and mudrās (energetic gestures)
- Guided meditation and yoga nidrā (deep relaxation) to unify body, mind, and spirit
