At Yadu Yoga, our group classes are dynamic, inspiring, and rooted in the traditional principles of yoga. We offer three progressive levels to support practitioners at every stage of their journey — from complete beginners to experienced students. Each class is designed to cultivate strength, flexibility, awareness, and inner connection, with thoughtful progression and guidance from our trained teachers.

Yadu Yoga Drop-In: Vinyāsa Krama

A breath-centered practice rooted in traditional Vinyāsa Krama, linking movement, mantra, and mindful progression. Each class builds step-by-step through intelligent sequencing to cultivate strength, mobility, focus, and inner steadiness. Open to all levels with options for both newer and experienced practitioners.
