Yadu Yoga Immersion Course Program

Step beyond routine classes and into a deeper experience of yoga. Yadu Yoga’s immersion courses are designed for those who seek more than just learning postures—they are for those looking for transformation, understanding, and a deeper connection within.

Rooted in traditional principles yet relevant to modern life, this program goes beyond conventional trainings by integrating all the essential aspects of yoga, including āsana, prāṇāyāma, kriyā, marama, pratyāhāra, dhāraṇā, and dhyāna. Here, yoga is not just something you practice for an hour—it becomes something you live, explore, and embody.

Within the āsana component, the focus is on the technique taught by Tirumalai Krishnamacharya, one of the greatest yoga masters of modern times. The practice follows the principles of Samantraka Vinyasa Krama, emphasizing mindful movement, breath synchronization, and a progressive, individualized approach.

200-hour, 300-hour, and 500-hour levels, accredited by Yoga Alliance.

Our programs are designed not merely to certify, but to transform — providing a comprehensive, traditional, and experiential education in yoga. Rooted in the wisdom of authentic lineage and supported by modern pedagogical clarity, these trainings present a systematic and scientific integration of the major paths of yoga:
Each course is carefully structured to ensure the harmonious development of body, mind, and spirit, offering a complete foundation for personal practice and teaching. We emphasize the traditional method of learning through discipline (tapas), study (svādhyāya), and devotion (īśvarapraṇidhāna), in alignment with the eight-limbed path of Patañjali’s Yoga Sūtras.
