Three Levels of Group Classes
Beginners Yoga:
It’s a class to start exploring and experiencing the practice of yoga form the foundations or essentials – focusing in unblocking the body, stretching and strengthening it. Open to everyone regardless of physical condition or age.
Intermediate Yoga:
This class is for those who already practice yoga before but stopped the practice for some time and want to start again – it is also a class to learn the principal asanas in detail, good class for alignment of the body.
Advanced Yoga:
This class is for advanced practitioners, it is a powerful class which starts from basic to advanced Asanas and incorporates Bhandas, Pranayamas, Mudras, Meditation and Nidra all in the same class.
