Three Sacred Locations – One Transformative Journey
Over the course of 14 days, we will travel through three distinct locations, each offering a unique energetic landscape and opportunity for inner transformation.
🏞️ 1.
La Sierra: Kogui Territory
(Days 1–4)
Our pilgrimage begins in the highlands of La Sierra, where we are welcomed by the Kogui community, one of the most spiritually preserved indigenous lineages on Earth.
- Meet and learn from the Kogui Mamos (elders)
- Receive teachings about cosmic balance and Earth care
- Participate in daily Yadu Yoga practice amidst pristine nature
- Enjoy vegetarian meals and simple, comfortable lodging
This sacred time in La Sierra will ground your body, still your mind, and open your heart to ancient, unbroken wisdom.
🌿 2.
Reserva Natural Caoba
(Days 5–11)
From the highlands, we descend into the lush ecological sanctuary of Caoba Reserve, nestled beside crystalline rivers and vibrant forest life.
- Practice Samantraka Vinyāsa Krama daily: āsana, prāṇāyāma, mantra, and meditation
- Learn yogic philosophy rooted in Śrī T. Kr̥ṣṇamācārya’s lineage
- Deepen your awareness of marma points, the subtle body, and energetic alignment
- Participate in group sharing, integration sessions, and quiet rest
- Stay in private eco-lodges and enjoy organic vegetarian meals prepared on-site
This phase allows you to internalize the teachings and embody the practice in a peaceful, nature-based setting.
🌊 3.
Tayrona National Park
(Days 12–14)
We complete our pilgrimage on the Caribbean coast, where the mountains meet the ocean in one of Colombia’s most mystical natural spaces—Tayrona Park.
- Sunrise and sunset yoga by the sea
- Walking meditations and closing rituals
- Time to reflect, rest, and restore
- All meals and accommodations provided
These final days offer space for integration and renewal, anchoring the transformation of the previous weeks into the heart and breath.
🧘♀️ Daily Practice – Rooted in Living Tradition
Throughout the entire journey, you will be guided in Yadu Yoga, a devotional path of embodiment rooted in the Kr̥ṣṇamācārya lineage. Our daily sessions include:
- Samantraka Vinyāsa Krama (breath-linked movement with mantra)
- Traditional prāṇāyāma and nyāsa practices
- Meditation inspired by Upaniṣadic and Bhakti traditions
- Philosophical discussions on the purpose of yoga, dharma, and the soul
- Silent listening and sacred ritual practices connected to the land
Whether you are an experienced practitioner or new to yoga, this retreat will meet you where you are—and carry you deeper into authentic connection with body, spirit, and nature.
