In the midst of our busy lives, sometimes all we need is a simple moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the deeper essence of who we are. Our Pop-Up Yoga Class offers exactly that — a sacred space where ancient wisdom meets present-moment awareness.
What Awaits You
In this special session, you will experience the heart of traditional yoga as it was transmitted in the lineage of Śrī T. Kr̥ṣṇamācārya — not as mere physical exercise, but as a holistic practice of body, breath, mind, and devotion. Guided by the principles of Vinyāsa Krama and the timeless teachings of Yoga Philosophy, this class becomes a living meditation, balancing strength and softness, movement and stillness.
During the class, we will explore:
Breath-Centered Āsana (Vinyāsa Krama): Each movement guided by conscious breathing, allowing the body to open safely and progressively.
Mantra & Meditative Recitation: Invoking sacred sound to harmonize mind and prāṇa, drawing us closer to the inner Self.
Subtle Marma Activation: Gentle awareness of vital points to stimulate energetic balance and deepen prāṇic circulation.
Short Guided Meditation: Centering the heart in devotion, stillness, and inner absorption.
Philosophical Insight: A brief reflection on the meaning and purpose of yoga, as taught in the Vaiṣṇava tradition.
Who Can Join?
This class is open to practitioners of all levels who seek more than just physical postures. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced student, you will find this class to be an enriching experience that honors the depth and sanctity of the practice.
Why a Pop-Up Class?
The Pop-Up format allows us to create spontaneous, intimate gatherings — each one slightly unique — bringing together sincere practitioners who share a common intention: to reconnect with the authentic roots of Yoga.
