Yadu Yoga Philosophy Course
Rooted in the Teachings of Śrī T. Kr̥ṣṇamācārya and the Eternal Sampradāya
This foundational course offers an in-depth exploration of yoga philosophy as transmitted by Śrī T. Kr̥ṣṇamācārya—harmonizing the timeless wisdom of Patañjali, the Upaniṣads, and the Bhakti-centered teachings of the Viśiṣṭādvaita-Vedānta tradition.
Participants will study the nature of the self (ātman), the layers of human experience (śarīras and kośas), karma, dharma, and the role of devotion (bhakti) in yoga.
Through scriptural study, contemplative practice, and living lineage teachings, this course restores yoga to its original purpose: self-realization in loving service to the Supreme.
